What 𗮣 means
Its recorded dictionary gloss is “rickets.”
Tangut writing was commissioned in 1036 for the language and state identity of Xixia (Western Xia). Its characters served government documents and translations of Buddhist and classical works.
After the state fell, Tangut writing continued in Buddhist texts and on monuments as late as 1502. Its design drew on Chinese writing, but its characters belong to a distinct script.
Historical, scholarly text from the Tangut script.
Tangut is distinct from Chinese writing; this is not a Chinese character.

1Why does 𗮣 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
