What 𗯊 means
It means “to strive.” The Tangut character 𗯊 is listed under that verb in Li Fanwen’s reference dictionary of Tangut.
The Tangut script was devised under Emperor Jingzong for Western Xia’s official and cultural life. Surviving Tangut dictionaries belong to the Western Xia period (1038–1227). Tangut writing uses a Chinese-style character system, but records a different language.
Scholarly and archival: it names a verb in a historical Tangut dictionary.
Tangut’s Chinese-style writing system does not make this a Chinese character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗯊 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
