What 𗯶 means
It is a Tangut verb glossed “to destroy.” Li Fanwen’s Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives that gloss. The Tangut script was created around 1036 for state correspondence and Buddhist translations; Tangut texts also include private writing. Its square design was inspired by Chinese writing, in a region with its own Khitan script-making traditions.
Historical and scholarly; opaque in ordinary chat.
Do not send it expecting readers to understand “destroy” without a translation.
Drift: After 1227, Tangut writing continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties before becoming obsolete.

1Why does 𗯶 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
