What 𗱭 means
It is a transcription character, not one fixed word. Transcription uses one writing system to represent another language’s sounds. One Tangut lookup list records four values for 𗱭—shou, shao, xiu, and zhao—and context determines which applies.
Tangut writing supported Western Xia government and Buddhist translations. A manuscript found at Khara-Khoto, a ruined Tangut-era city, probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century.
The script continued under Yuan and Ming rule, then fell out of use by the end of Ming. Its characters resemble Chinese writing, but Tangut is a distinct script.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗱭 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
