What 𗴩 means
It means “to die” in Tangut. The Unicode name is a label: a Tangut–Chinese dictionary forwards its entry to 𗴨, the entry glossed “to die.”
Tangut was invented for Western Xia (Xixia), an empire in northwestern China; from 1036 it served schools, documents, diplomacy, and Buddhist printing. Mongol conquest ended the state in 1227, yet the writing outlived it; Buddhist pillars dated 1502 are the last known examples.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗴩 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
