What 𗵓 means
“Wide.” A Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives this gloss for 𗵓. Its Unicode label identifies the encoded character; it does not translate the Tangut word.
Did Tangut writing end with Western Xia?
No. It continued after the state fell. The Western Xia court created Tangut writing in 1036 for government use and Buddhist translation. Its square forms resemble Chinese writing, but it is a distinct script for Tangut.
After Mongol forces conquered Western Xia in 1227, Tangut writing continued under China’s Yuan and Ming dynasties. Two stone pillars bearing Buddhist texts in Baoding, China, were erected in 1502, among the latest dated examples.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗵓 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
