What 𗵽 means
𗵽 means “beautiful” in Tangut. Tangut was the language of the Western Xia state, also called Xixia. Its script appears in Buddhist, legal, and other texts.
In Tangut Buddhist texts, 𗵽 appears with 𘆡 in a word interpreted as “adorn” or “ornament.” The pair forms a word; 𘆡 is not an alternate form of 𗵽.

1Why does 𗵽 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
