What 𗶅 means
It means “to guard” or “protect” in Tangut.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor to write the Tangut language. It served official, private, and religious texts, continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties, and was obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.

1Why does 𗶅 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
