What 𗶿 means
lhjow¹ is a scholarly notation for its reconstructed sound, not a translation.
The Tangut script was promulgated in 1036 for Western Xia's official and cultural life. Its forms drew on Chinese writing, but the scripts are distinct. Western Xia fell in 1227; Tangut writing continued on Buddhist stone pillars inscribed in Baoding in 1502.
Historical, scholarly, or decorative; not a standard chat reaction.
Chinese-inspired shapes do not make it a Chinese character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗶿 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
