What 𗸇 means
Li Fanwen’s dictionary lists 𗸇 as entry 0841, glossed “oblique.” Treat that as a translation clue, not a complete sentence: if someone sends it alone, the glyph does not reveal their intended point.
The Tangut script began in 1036 as a state project tied to Buddhist scripture. The earliest surviving Tangut document dates to 1072. Inscriptions show use through 1502, after Western Xia fell in 1227. The script later appeared in secular, military, and literary works. Tangut writing drew on Chinese characters and followed the earlier Khitan state-script model.
A Tangut font for 𗸇 is needed to display it; fonts may draw the glyph differently.
Historical and literary; a chat message needs context beyond its dictionary gloss.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗸇 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
