What 𗽈 means
“Cultivate” is the broad translation.
Li Yuanhao ordered this script in 1036 for the Tangut language, a Buddhist canon, and a state identity distinct from Song China. It was inspired by, but not derived from, Chinese writing. Neighboring Khitan rulers had created two scripts a century earlier; one drew heavily on Chinese. Surviving texts include Buddhist and Tibetan works, plus translations of Confucian, military, encyclopedic, and literary works.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗽈 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
