What 𗾮 means
It asks “what time?” in Tangut.
The Tangut (Xixia) script wrote the Tangut language in Western Xia, a medieval state in northwest China. Created around 1036 for state-building and a Tangut collection of Buddhist texts, it drew on Chinese writing but did not derive from it. Nearby Khitan people had made two scripts about a century earlier; Tangut rulers followed their example.
The Institute of Oriental Manuscripts holds a Tangut book printed from carved woodblocks and dated 1084, the oldest such print in its collection. Tangut writing continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties, later ruling houses in China, but became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗾮 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
