What 𘀣 means
Unicode maps the glyph to Li Fanwen reference L2008-3996; BabelStone’s 2008 English index glosses entry 3996 as camel. The Unicode name is an identifier, not the translation.
Tangut writing dates to 1036–1037 under Western Xia emperor Li Yuanhao, for state-building and Buddhist translation. It drew on Chinese and Khitan models, then carried scriptures, law codes, classics, military works, and literature. A 1502 Tangut inscription shows the script remained in use centuries after its creation.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘀣 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
