What 𘀫 means
It is a Tangut character with the dictionary gloss “old.”
Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary gives this entry the English gloss “old.” It is a historical word translation, not a meaning inferred from the character’s shape.
Tangut writing was commissioned for the Western Xia state in 1036. The script drew on Chinese graphic traditions but represented a different language: Tangut. Western Xia institutions used it for official writing and for Buddhist and Chinese works translated into Tangut; its documented use spans 1036–1502.
