What 𘅗 means
It means “rope” in Tangut. The Western Xia state commissioned the script around 1036 for its official language; it also marked cultural distance from Song China. The script served Buddhist, legal, and administrative texts, with surviving writings from the mid-11th to early 13th centuries.
Why does 𘅗 show as a box?
A box means your font lacks this Tangut glyph. The text still contains the same character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘅗 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
