What 𘅲 means
It means “to go.”
Developed for the Western Xia state in 1036–1037, the Tangut script wrote the Tangut language for government and Buddhist translation. Its design drew on Chinese writing and the script of the Khitan, a neighboring people, but served a distinct language and helped distinguish Western Xia from the Chinese Song dynasty.
Surviving Tangut manuscripts begin in the mid-11th century: they show the script in use by then, but do not establish when this character first appeared.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘅲 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
