What 𘅻 means
Its reconstructed reading describes sound, not word meaning.
A scholarly Tangut transcription writes its reconstructed sound as ġhaa̱ṃ¹. Treat that as specialist notation, not as the English word the character stands for.
The Tangut script was designed and put into official use in 1036 for government, schools, Buddhist translations, and printed books. Writing continued for centuries after the Western Xia state fell in 1227; its latest known written example is dated 1502. Unicode discusses Tangut alongside Jurchen and Khitan as historical East Asian logographic scripts: their characters represent words or parts of words, not alphabet letters. This is a broad script-level connection, not a claim that their characters are interchangeable.
Why does 𘅻 show as a box?
A box means the app's current font cannot render the character.
A browser page can provide a Tangut web font, but that font stays in the browser. Other apps may need a Tangut-capable system font installed; a box or replacement mark means the active font lacks the glyph, not that the character itself changed.

1Why does 𘅻 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
