What 𘌀 means
The code-point label identifies the character, not its word. A scholarly reconstruction writes its proposed reading as rġhae̱r², a technical Latin-letter transcription rather than a translation. A Tangut dictionary or translated passage gives the word's sense.
Created under the Western Xia state around 1036 for official writing and Buddhist and Chinese translations, the Tangut script drew on Chinese writing but remained distinct. It continued in official, private, and religious texts through the Yuan and Ming periods, becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming period.
Historical writing; its word-level sense depends on the text.
A blank box can mean your font lacks Tangut support; the text character may still be present.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘌀 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
