What 𘌭 means
It is a Tangut character glossed as “to send.” The Tangut dictionary index L2008-5089 gives that word-level meaning; the glyph alone does not make a complete message most readers can interpret.
Tangut was created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor, for official and cultural use. Surviving texts include official records, private writing, Buddhist sutras, inscriptions, books, and manuscripts. After the Mongol conquest, it appeared in Yuan and Ming texts, fell out of use by the end of the Ming dynasty, and was rediscovered in the late 19th century. Tangut is a separate script, unrelated to Chinese; without a supporting font, the character may appear as a missing-glyph box.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘌭 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
