What 𘌴 means
It describes being extremely happy.
Li Fanwen’s Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives the awkward English gloss “extremely happiness.”
Around 1036, Western Xia, a kingdom in what is now northwestern China, created Tangut script under its first emperor, Li Yuanhao, to give the language an official written identity distinct from China’s. Though its square characters resemble Chinese writing, Tangut is a separate script. It carried official records, Chinese classics, and Buddhist texts translated from Chinese and Tibetan. It remained in use after Western Xia fell in 1227, under Yuan and Ming rulers.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
