What 𘍖 means
The main gloss is “work hard”; one source also says “tired.”
Li Fanwen's Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives “to work hard”; Tangut scholar Andrew West also glosses it “to be tired, work hard.”
Is 𘍖 Chinese?
No. Tangut is a separate script modeled on Chinese forms.
Western Xia, a northwestern Chinese state, created Tangut writing around 1036. Scholar Nie Hongyin reads this as a signal of cultural independence from Han Chinese rule (2017). Tangut served official, private, and religious writing after the state fell, continuing through the Yuan and Ming periods before becoming obsolete at the end of Ming.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘍖 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
