What 𘏔 means
It names interest earned on invested money.
Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary gives that financial gloss.
The Tangut script was created around 1036–1037 for Western Xia records. Its forms drew on Chinese writing traditions but represented the separate Tangut language; Buddhist texts also used it. The earliest transmitted document is dated 1072; a Tangut pillar inscription is dated 1502, long after Western Xia fell. That later use shows the script persisted, not that this character’s meaning changed.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘏔 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
