What 𘏼 means
𘏼 is a Tangut character whose role comes from context.
Its reconstructed reading is written tśhjiw² in scholarly Latin notation. Tangut writing, also called Xixia writing, was promulgated in 1036 for the Western Xia state and used in government records, Buddhist translations, and printing.
A 1216 livestock-sale contract places it in a name or label; Tangut tax records use it in uncertain household or boundary labels. The wider script appears on Baoding pillars dated 1502, but that does not establish this glyph's meaning.
Historical written use.
A box means the font or app cannot display Tangut glyphs.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘏼 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
