What 𘐹 means
It means “to continue” in Tangut. The English index to Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut dictionary lists it as L2008-5483 and glosses it as “to continue.” Unicode’s name is a code-point label, not the translation.
Tangut was the language of Western Xia (Xixia). Its script was created around 1036–1037 for official and Buddhist texts. Chinese and Khitan writing influenced it, but it remained distinct. It continued in use through the Yuan and Ming periods before becoming obsolete.
Historical and specialist; this belongs in Tangut or Western Xia study.
Don’t mistake it for a modern Chinese character.
