What 𘑻 means
It describes living in a place.
The computer label “Tangut Ideograph-1847B” identifies this glyph; it does not translate it. Xixia is another name for the script, which records a language distinct from Chinese.
The Western Xia court commissioned the Tangut script around 1036 as part of building a distinct state. Chinese regular script—the standard, square-stroke handwriting style—shaped its forms, but Tangut characters write Tangut words, not Chinese ones. The script served in official and Buddhist texts and continued after Western Xia fell, into the Yuan and Ming eras.
