What 𘒕 means
𘒕 is a Tangut writing character; its Unicode name is an identifier. Its meaning comes from the Tangut dictionary entry or the surrounding sentence.
The Tangut script was created under Western Xia’s first emperor around 1036. The kingdom used it for government and culture from 1038–1227. Its square forms follow Chinese writing practices, but Tangut is a separate script. After 1227, Tangut texts continued in Buddhist collections under the Yuan dynasty.

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
