What 𘔚 means
Use Unicode input or a Tangut input method.
A Tangut sample input method associated with Miyake uses scholarly reconstructed readings—estimates of how Tangut was pronounced—to offer candidates for 𘔚. Or use an editor's Unicode-hex command and enter U1851A. If the result is a box, the selected font lacks the glyph.
What is 𘔚?
It is a character of the Tangut script, not Chinese writing.
Created about 1036 for the Tangut language, the script soon appeared in Western Xia schools, official documents, and Buddhist translations printed from carved blocks. Western Xia fell in 1227, but Tangut writing continued under Yuan and Ming rule before becoming obsolete. Its square forms reflect a Chinese-influenced design tradition; they do not make it Chinese.
“Tangut Character 1851A” is an inventory label, not a translation. To understand 𘔚 in a Tangut text, look it up in a Tangut dictionary and read it in its word and sentence; the isolated glyph does not show that context.
Specialist and archival in tone; outside Tangut texts, it reads as a reference to the script.
Do not treat the inventory label as a translated word.

2Is 𘔚 a Chinese character?
No. It belongs to Tangut, a script made for the Tangut language. Its square design was influenced by Chinese writing, but the character is not part of Chinese spelling.
