What 𘕮 means
Use Unicode-hex input in an app that accepts supplementary characters.
Choose an app with a Unicode hexadecimal input mode, then enter the code point shown in the page facts. The app must accept characters beyond Unicode’s first plane; that is where this character sits.
That enters the written character, not a translation or pronunciation.
What does 𘕮 mean?
It is a Tangut writing character, separate from Chinese writing.
Tangut writing was created under Li Yuanhao, ruler of the Western Xia state, in 1036–1037. The state used it for official records and education, and for translated texts.
A Tangut character usually represents a one-syllable word or part of one. This character alone gives no reliable translation or pronunciation; you need its Tangut word and surrounding passage.
Is Tangut related to Khitan?
Khitan may have influenced Tangut writing, without establishing a matching glyph.
Khitan Small Script is a separate writing system created in the tenth century; it may have influenced Tangut. After Western Xia fell to Mongol forces, Tangut writing continued into the Ming period, then became mainly a subject of modern decipherment—the work of learning how an older script is read from surviving texts.

1Why does 𘕮 show as a box?
Unicode’s reference outline is a guide, not a required font design, so supported fonts can draw 𘕮 differently. A box or blank usually means the active font lacks Tangut coverage; the encoded character is unchanged.
