What 𘖍 means
It means begging or asking for alms.
A Tangut study lists it as L5618 and glosses it 乞討, “begging.” The script was created about 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor to write Tangut; Western Xia was a kingdom in northwestern China. Tangut writing remained in use during the Yuan and Ming dynasties, including on a Buddhist pillar dated 1502. By the end of the Ming, it was obsolete.
Historical and specialist; its meaning needs Tangut context.
A message with 𘖍 alone names begging but does not say who asks or what they need.
