What 𘖰 means
It is a Tangut word for a stove.
An English index to Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary lists this entry under “stove.”
Is 𘖰 Chinese writing?
No. It belongs to Tangut, a separate script for the Tangut language.
Tangut’s square, stroke-based forms were modeled on Chinese writing, but this character is Tangut. A history from China’s Song dynasty says Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao created the script around 1036 and tasked official Yeli Renrong with developing it. It served government, Buddhist, and translated texts; Tangut writing continued after Western Xia fell, with examples through 1502.
Why might 𘖰 display as a box?
Your font may lack Tangut support.
This is ordinary text; a Tangut-capable font can render it, while an unsupported font may leave a blank box.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘖰 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
