What 𘖷 means
“To dig” is its dictionary gloss. “Tangut Ideograph-185B7” is an encoding label, not a translation.
Created under Western Xia’s first emperor around 1036 to write Tangut, the script appears in official, private, and religious texts. It survived the kingdom’s fall in 1227, remained in use under the Yuan and Ming, and became obsolete by the Ming dynasty’s end.
Tangut is a separate script from Chinese; the similar square shapes are not Chinese characters.
