What 𘗭 means
Its meaning must be read from Tangut sources. Unicode maps U185ED to entry L2008-1673 in Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut–Chinese Dictionary. That number is the entry’s place in the dictionary, not a spoken reading or translation.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 for Western Xia, a kingdom in what is now northwestern China, and used in government and Buddhist texts. It remained in use into the Yuan and Ming periods before becoming obsolete. Its characters can resemble Chinese writing while belonging to a separate script; Khitan and Jurchen were neighboring state-script traditions. The visible shape comes from the text font and can vary by font.
A historical-script character, suited to specialist reading.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘗭 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
