What 𘘗 means
It is glossed as “grace” in a Tangut dictionary.
The scholarly Latin-letter transcription is lji. Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary numbers it as entry 1677; one scholarly translation renders the corresponding word “benevolence” in a passage.
Is 𘘗 Chinese or Tangut?
It is Tangut, a script for a separate language.
Tangut characters use strokes that may look familiar from Chinese writing, but they belong to a separate script used for the Tangut language. The script was created in 1036 for the Western Xia state and used for official writing and Buddhist translations. It remained in use after the state fell in 1227; stone Buddhist pillars dated 1502 are among the latest known surviving examples.
Historical and scholarly; casual use assumes a Tangut context.
Don’t use it as a generic Chinese sign for kindness.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘘗 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
