What 𘙗 means
It means “strong” or “firm” in Tangut. Li Fanwen’s dictionary lists the entry as LFW 0554.
The Tangut script was commissioned around 1036 by Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao as part of state-building, especially to create a Tangut Buddhist canon. Neighboring Khitan states had created two scripts about a century earlier. Tangut writing took visual and design inspiration from Chinese characters, but it did not descend from Chinese. It served official writing and books on law, Buddhism, and translated Chinese works. Tangut writing continued into the Yuan and Ming periods; a manuscript found at Khara-Khoto probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century.
Outside a Tangut history or font context, it reads as specialist historical writing.
If the current font lacks Tangut support, the glyph may appear as a square.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𘙗 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.

𘙗\18657Why is 𘙗 a box on my screen?
fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
