What 𘙸 means
It means a cord or thread.
Tangut writing began around 1036 as part of Western Xia state-building and was used for Buddhist texts. It drew on Chinese writing traditions and the earlier Khitan example but remained a distinct script. It served official, private, religious, and literary writing, continued after Western Xia fell, and went out of use by the end of the Ming dynasty.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘙸 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
