What 𘚱 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses 𘚱 as “bamboo or twig fence.”
A Tangut dictionary lists the Tangut fence term under entry 3810; an English index gives the gloss “bamboo or twig fence.” That means a barrier woven from bamboo or slender branches.
The Tangut script was created around 1036–1038 for the Tangut language and the Western Xia state, giving the state a writing system of its own. The earliest surviving Tangut-script document is an official record dated 1072. The script carried government records, Chinese works translated into Tangut, and Buddhist texts. Although it was used to translate Chinese works, Tangut writing is a separate script from Chinese writing.
Historical and specialist; it reads as a Tangut text character.
The dictionary gloss alone does not make it a universal fence sign.
