What 𘟅 means
It means “to stand up” in Tangut.
Tangut was spoken in what is now northwestern China. Its script was created under the first emperor of the Western Xia state around 1036, and surviving writing dates to the 11th century. Tangut was used in official, private, and religious texts, including Buddhist scriptures. After Western Xia fell in 1227, the script remained in use under Yuan and Ming rule and became obsolete by the end of the Ming. Tangut forms resemble Chinese characters visually, but the Tangut script is distinct and unrelated to the Chinese writing system.
