What 𝌞 means
It names a divination figure centered on contention.
The entry is titled 爭 (zhēng), the classical Chinese word for contention; it says contenders follow proper measure. Its first reading calls non-striving basic to the Way. Yang Xiong completed the Tai Xuan Jing (Classic of the Great Mystery) around 2 BCE as a divination book.
It was a companion to the older Yijing (Book of Changes), used for divination and judging when to act. Its 81 figures use four lines, each solid or split into two or three pieces, representing heaven, earth, or people. The earliest surviving version was arranged by Fan Wang in the Jin dynasty.

1Why does 𝌞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
