What ꆻ means
It spells one syllable with high, level tone. In Liangshan romanization, final t marks this tone.
Earlier Yi writing, called Cuan or Wei, used signs for ideas or words and varied by region; local priests passed down religious, medical, and family-history texts. A widespread tradition credits Aki with devising it during the Tang dynasty (618–907); the oldest surviving inscription is on a bronze bell dated 1485. The Liangshan romanization was introduced in 1956. Its standardized syllabary was devised in 1974 and promulgated in 1980 to support literacy; it writes Nuosu, the Liangshan dialect, not every Yi language.
A missing-glyph box means the active font cannot draw this Yi character.
