What ꌫ means
It is one written Yi syllable, not a standalone reaction.
Yi writing predates Unicode. The earliest securely dated surviving example is an inscription on a bronze bell from 1485. Older regional forms were used for religious, magical, medical, and genealogical texts. The standardized Liangshan Yi script was devised in 1974 and promulgated in 1980 to improve literacy; it represents one dialect. ꌪ ssit and ꌬ ssi are related tone neighbors in that system.
It belongs in written Yi; its tone is part of the syllable.
Alone, it is not a dependable chat reply.
