What 𖤧 means
It is a Bamum letter from Phase D, an earlier script stage.
The Bamum script took shape in western Cameroon around 1896 under King Ibrahim Njoya and his scribes. Its first phase used hundreds of logographs—signs for whole words or ideas—as memory aids. Few substantial works from 1896–1899 are believed to survive.
Successive redesigns led to Phase G, the modern Bamum syllabary. Unicode’s Bamum Supplement preserves earlier letters for linguistic and historical study. The writing tradition also served Shümom, a related language devised by Njoya.

1Why does 𖤧 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
