What 𐋂 means
It is a Carian letter, not a stand-alone message.
The Carian alphabet wrote the Carian language in western Anatolia (now Turkey) from the first millennium BCE. An inscription on an Isis figurine dates to the 7th century BCE; it dates the script, not this letter. Carians in Egypt left burial inscriptions and graffiti; funerary texts could express personal identity. The script is related to Greek, but similar-looking letters can stand for different sounds; texts in both languages helped correct early Greek-based readings. Carian inscriptions usually run left to right; Egyptian Carian often runs right to left. Unicode encodes Carian left to right.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𐋂 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Carian block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
