What 𒐵 means
A land quantity, not a bare count.
In the Ur III dynasty of Sumer, the land measure burʾu equaled ten bur₃ units; each bur₃ equaled three eše, and each eše six iku. So two burʾu totaled 360 iku in that system.
Its recognizable ancestor appears in Uruk field records from the late fourth millennium BCE. Ancient Mesopotamian sites Ur, Uruk, and Jemdet Nasr used different area notation. Unicode 17.0 describes cuneiform fonts based on historical styles, so the same encoded sign may have a different outline.
