What 𞁕 means
It marks a phonological category in some Cyrillic transcriptions. An archiphoneme is one label for sounds whose contrast disappears in a particular position. The surrounding transcription tells you which value this De represents.
The height distinction in Cyrillic notation predates digital text: one 1905 phonology example used raised and lowered letters to mark stronger versus weaker vowel values. In some transcription systems, superscripts mark phonetic detail, while subscripts label phonological categories such as archiphonemes.
𞁕 is based on lowercase Cyrillic д, a letter used in Ukrainian and many other Cyrillic alphabets. Read the lowered form as a notation value and check the transcription key for its meaning.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𞁕 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
