What 𞁟 means
It can mark an archiphoneme in Cyrillic notation. That is one category for sounds that lose a contrast in a particular position; Russian /a/ and /o/, for example, may merge when unstressed. A 1973 study of Ukrainian dialects prints this form; its notation key defines the exact sound set.
