What 𑶢 means
Read it as two in Gunjala Gondi number writing. “Gondi 2” is this numeral; Gondi is also written in Telugu and Devanagari.
Gunjala Gondi takes its name from Gunjala, a village in Telangana where manuscripts were found. Those reported from around 1750 cover numbers, calendars, horoscopes, grammar, seasons, history, ethics and literature.
The script follows the Brahmi model, an older Indian writing system, and resembles Modi, another Indian script; no descent from Modi is established. Masaram Gondi was separately created by Munshi Mangal Singh Masaram in 1918.
Neutral; it identifies a Gunjala Gondi writing choice for Gondi.
Why does 𑶢 look different? Fonts can alter its outline; its value remains two.
Drift: In the 2010s, recovered manuscripts fed primers, workshops, school lessons and digital fonts.

1Why does 𑶢 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
