What 뾯 means
It is one Korean syllable made from three Hangul letters.
ㅃ starts it, ㅚ is its vowel, and ㅎ closes it. The decomposed form 뾯 may display as separate letters but represents the same syllable.
Why was Hangul created?
To make Korean writing easier to learn.
Hangul took shape at the Joseon court in 1443; the guide 훈민정음 introduced it in 1446. It made Korean easier to write than Hanja (Chinese characters) and Idu (a way of writing Korean with Chinese characters). South Korea calls it Hangul or Hangeul; North Korea, Chosŏn'gŭl.
Neutral in Korean writing; opaque alone.
Use context before assigning it a chat meaning.
