What 쁋 means
It is a Hangul syllable assembled from three jamo. Unicode decomposes it as 쁋: an initial consonant, a vowel and a final consonant cluster. Their familiar standalone forms are ㅃ, ㅠ and ㅀ. The generated name “bbyulh” comes from the jamo names; it is not a Korean word translation.
King Sejong devised Hangeul in 1443, initially calling it Hunminjeongeum. In 1446, a book of the same name explained the script’s purpose and principles. Unicode includes systematic combinations of modern syllable parts, which need not be ordinary words.

Questions people ask
1Why does 쁋 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
