What 쁊 means
Its meaning comes from the Korean word and sentence around it. Its Latin-letter name records the syllable's sound, not a translation.
Hangul was designed to write Korean with letters assembled into syllable blocks. A 1443 record describes 28 letters; the 1446 book Hunminjeongeum explains their purpose and structure. Earlier writers used Chinese characters and adapted systems such as idu, hyangchal, and gugyeol.
NFC stores 쁊 as one precomposed character; NFD stores its jamo separately. Hangul-aware software normally renders both as the same syllable.
