What 뱒 means
The Korean word around it supplies any meaning.
Jamo are Hangul letters joined into syllables. «Byanh» is Unicode’s label for this combination.
Hangul made Korean easier to write than Chinese characters or Idu, a method that used characters to write Korean. Its earliest surviving record is from 1443; the guide 훈민정음 explained the script in 1446. The name «Hangeul» appears in the early 1910s and spread by 1928. South Korea uses it; North Korea calls the script «Chosŏn'gŭl».
